More videos from the Combined School Choir Concert 2009!
our pride!!!
Yes, I believe both Mr Wong and Ms Lee would agree with me… that the YI Choir is our pride. Especially so for the teachers. Often, we feel as though we are her parents… from ‘birthing’ to seeing and helping her grow to what she is today.
Together as a team called THE YI CHOIR, we share the joy, tears, sweats and anxiety during every performance. Indeed, the Choir has grown and matured much since her birth in 2008!
The one-yr-old-plus Choir (yes! we never fail to emphasize this! hahaha!)… definitely our pride!!
I wanna remember this year FOREVER! cos it has marked with several milestones!!
Presenting the latest “achievement” of the CHOIR:
Event: The Combined School Choir Concert 2009 (8 Nov)
Songs performed before the Intermission are:
White Horses (SYF set-piece) and Marie’s Wedding (SYF 3rd piece)
Songs performed after the Intermission are:
Homeward Bound, Nona-Nona (SYF 2nd piece) and Ye Lai Xiang
Love,

What's WRONG?!
I seriously think we have to WORK HARDER for the upcoming performances.
It's really about upholding the name - the YI CHOIR and do our best to keep up the reputation we have built so far.
This rendition of Ye Lai Xiang was rather badly done. :( I have heard you sing better than this...
Honestly speaking, you guys can do much better!

Facial Expressions
We sure know who have the "cutest" and "i-so-enjoy-singing" look when singing..! *wink*
Sing with your EYES!
Hey, people!
It is apparent that some of you sing "Mairi's Wedding" as though you are attending her funeral!:(
Please bear in mind that STAGE PRESENCE involves both your singing techniques and your FACIAL EXPRESSION!
3 BIG NO-NOs:
- NO dead-fish look!
- NO wandering eyes!
- NO swaying of hands and legs!
