Here is my take for the leadership displayed during 2nd NDP in-House Training:
Amanda - Good job, gal! You seem to be more confident this time round. Can see that your leadership skills shine more with each opportunity given. :) Keep it up!
Meiting - Similarly, you are more confident this time round. I really like the way you coach the younger ones, taking the trouble to check the rows and encouraging them verbally. Good work!
Joel - Definitely more confident this time. Try to speak louder and with more assertion. It's not easy to work with the senior boys, but from what Mr Wong and I saw, they are beginning to respect you too. It will take a while more for them to show the respect they give to Shahir. :) Keep up the good work! :)
Huifen - I like the way you work with Joel, giving him the respect and command. :) But do remember that you are one of the leaders too! Take charge when needed, k? Be more confident! Speak manderin to those who prefer to listen to Chinese instructions. It certainly will help them. :)
Kaiyi - It's definitely not easy to be working with two of the most out-spoken leaders in the pack! But hey, it must have been a great experience for you, I believe! :) Pick up the strengths from the two leaders and see how you can use them the next time you lead the others on your own, k? Jia you!
Vivian - I like the way you command the rest - with bubbliness and encouragement. You and Shahir have rather different ways of commanding and authority. Yours is more bubbly and the fun way appeals to many people, I believe. Gal, you really have the potentials to be a GREAT leader. Don't give up testing the leadership skills you possess! :)
Shahir - Definitely not easy to be the CHIEF leader of the pack..! But hey, you are really really doing a great job!! You are a natural leader, dude. Able to command authority and respect. All you need is the time and opportunities to polish up your already-possessed charisma and skills, and I certainly know that your leadership traits will just SHINE...no matter where you are.
