SFY Central Judging 2009

Date: 17 April (Last Day Of the Competition!)
Reporting Time: 2:30pm (Still Thinking of ways for the Malay Students)
Performance Time: 3:15pm (Please be QUIET When waiting for our turn to sing or else WE are OUT of the Competition!)
Venue: Victoria Concert Hall (Everyone Should Have Known Already!)

By The SFY Committee, Here are the rules Of th SYF...

1. ONLY and ONLY 24-80 Participants Are Allowed in the actual Competition!(OR ELSE 10% PENALTY FROM FINAL MARKS!!)
   
2. Schools Should be In the venue by the reporting time! (OR ELSE 5% PENALTY FROM FINAL MARKS!!)
   
3. Dress Code - Full Choir Uniform (Everyone Should Knows That)
   
4. Like I said BE QUIET AT ALL TIMES OR ELSE WE WILL BE OUT!!
   
5. We Only Can Enter The Stage when The CUE Is Given!
   
6. We Must know Our Standing Position Before we are on stage!! No One Is allowed to move when on stage!
   
   Just to Let you Guys know that In order to Have a SLIVER we must have at least 70-79% for SYF
   
   Here Are The Criteria For SYF
   They Are Based On Technique(50%) & Musicianship(50%)
   
   Technique
   - Articulation (How It Should Be Said Like Eg. sing like there is an egg inside your mouth!)
   -Diction (How It Is Suppose to be said. NOT SINGISH)
   -Dynamics (Loudness and Softness in Music)
   -Rhythm
   -Intonation (Ability to sing in tune)
   -Tone (Quality of sound produced)
   
   Musicianship
   -Expression (Don Be Like A Dead People!!)
   -Interpretation
   -Style
   -Phrasing
   -Balance
   -Blend
